Her dedication to fostering company culture knows no bounds. Shaped by a life tempered through trials, she utilizes her own experiences as a template, guiding avita’s leaders in cultivating the right team mindset and approach to life.

Josephine Chang

Josephine approaches life with passion and enthusiasm. With a degree in Mass Media from the United States, she joined an events company for 3 years, working as an event’s organiser on projects famous with brands like Waltz Disney, Nissan, and Hewlett Packard.  Deciding to be independent, Josephine took a leap of faith and moved to Singapore to begin her network marketing career in 1999, and subsequently joined avita in 2007 after realizing the potential of the avita business. In her time, she led her network to achieve over S$10 million in annual turnover, accumulating more than 10,000 networkers throughout 9 countries. Josephine aspires to help all aspirant transform themselves into successful avita entrepreneurs, and to actively spread the word on the positive impact avita can bring to the world.

Alvin Yong

Alvin directs the business education in Scent’al World. His aspiration is to help transform ordinary distributors into extraordinary leaders and coaching entrepreneurs, who will in turn impact others positively. Alvin is an inspirational speaker and a master in personal coaching and development. Avita provides Alvin the financial and time freedom to enjoy his many loves: reading, skiing, climbing, pottery, yoga, travelling and running social enterprises in Singapore, Africa and India.

Joey Tan

After 15 years as a professional civil engineer, rising to the post of Vice President in a listed international civil engineering consulting firm, Joey decided it’s far more fun and rewarding to be an Avita network marketing entrepreneur. So he fired his boss. Today, Joey leads a growing team of corporate professionals-turned-MLMers to carve out new markets in Singapore, Indonesia, Myanmar, The Philippines and China. International business is his passion, time flexibility (allowing him to jog every other morning in the park) is his joy.

Pauline Lim

A retired lawyer who enjoys the arts, music and the finer things in life, Pauline is a motherly and caring mentor to all distributors in Scent’al World. She is especially passionate about helping women become independent and successful entrepreneurs by leveraging on the Avita business platform. Pauline is a nurturing mentor who guides her network with lots of patience and love. Based in Perth, Australia, Pauline nurtures a growing network of lady distributors.

Kwok Siu Ling

Siu Ling is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of corporate experience (finance and accounting, asset management, business development and investment, merger and acquisition, tax planning and structuring) in the real estate and healthcare industry. Her last corporate job was Finance Director of a private hospital in Singapore. Siu Ling enjoys the challenges of being a networking entrepreneur, leading her distributor team to develop regional business, and the freedom to enjoy a balanced life compared to being an employee. Siu Ling is a giving and impactful trainer in Scent’al World. She aspires to be a life coach to help others succeed in the Avita networking business.

Theingi Soe

Theingi has always dreamt of owning a business that would make a positive impact on people. Avita has given her that platform to make a difference in the lives of many. Currently building her STAR team, working with like minded partners who are passionate, committed, with a heart for the good of others and a burning desire to be entrepreneurs. Her focus is now on regional markets in Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia, The Philippines. Theingi is grateful for the Avita opportunity that allows her to own an international business and working together with like minded friends. She believes that as long as there is a desire and a persistent and committed heart, anything is possible.

Jinnie Uy

Jinnie owns an anti-aging clinic in Manila. It was her anti-aging doctor, Dr Rea, who advised her to make Celergen available to her clients that led Jinnie to Avita, through the help of her sponsor, CDP Theingi. When Jinnie has personally experienced the health benefits of Celergen, this mother of 5 wasted no time in learning and building her network of consumers and distributors in the Philippines towards her Platinum Directorship. Today, PD Jinnie is also the national stockist in the Philippines for Avita, and her network has expanded from Manila to Cebu and Davao. Her vision is to enroll enterprising distributors into her network so as to spread the wellness benefits across the Philippines and beyond.

Dr Florencio Q. Lucero

Widely acknowledged as an authority by his peers, Diamond President Dr Florencio Lucero is one of the longest practicing Filipino plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons today. Dedicating 32 years of service at the U.P. Philippine General Hospital, DP Dr Lucero held the position of Chief of Plastic Surgery for 17 years. He is also the Secretary General of Oriental Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (OSAPS), of which he is also a founding member. With his solid credentials, Dr. Lucero is highly sought after speaker in international conferences. His practice at FQL Clinic continuously seeks better and innovative methods in patient treatments. Learning the benefits and effectiveness of Celergen, DP Dr Lucero decided introduce the Swiss Cell Therapy supplement to his patients, combining cell therapy and plastic surgical techniques to restore people’s youthful appearance on the outside from within.

Joining avita actively in 2015, DP Dr Lucero was a Special Speaker at avita’s Elite Forum, as well as a recipient of the Silver Elite Totem awards for his top achievements in avita. In 2018, Dr Lucero was awarded the position of Diamond President, through his hard work in his harmonious approach of promoting his advocacy for “Looking good from inside and out”.

Maya Kobayashi

An indispensable cornerstone of avita’s leadership in Japan, Diamond President Maya Kobayashi’s welcoming and compassionate nature has paved the way for meaningful connections with numerous individuals. Her more than a decade-long journey with avita has been a witness to both the profound and the everyday moments of life – from the growth of her own children to the laughter and wellness restored to friends and family through avita’s products. Even to this day, she remains ardently devoted to cultivating a fresh wave of Japanese leaders in Japan.

Tsai Ching Hung

Taiwan born Diamond President Tsai Ching Hung is avita’s youngest Diamond President. Having graduated with a Masters in Film Directing & Multi-Media from the University and Research Institute Digital Hollywood, Japan in 2006, DP Tsai started to pursue a career path in the film industry. However, in 2011, DP Tsai returned to Taiwan to take care of his ailing father, and it was through this event in his life, that he discovered avita, on which he embarked on a new career path and life with the company. Through his persistence and closely knit team, along with the guidance from his upline DP Alice Wang, DP Tsai achieved the rank of Diamond President in the year 2018, further expanding his horizons as an entrepreneur and leader in avita.

Sato Michiko

Hailing from the tranquil town of Daisen, in Akita Prefecture, Japan, Diamond President Sato Michiko began her path into avita’s business after starting up and managing a successful Hair Treatment Spa business over the course of several years. Through her Spa Centre, DP Michiko gained many loyal customers whose quality of life was improved via her strong dedication and passion in helping her customers. Joining the avita business was an easy decision for DP Michiko, as the companies philosophies and products are synergistic with what she believes in, with a keen focus on health and anti-aging benefits for the people around her. Building her avita business model in Japan around avita’s star product “Celergen Switzerland” and avita’s TCM Essential Oil, DP Sato Michiko attained 1^st in avita’s Global Sales for the months of March – July 2018, at the same time achieving the prestigious position of Diamond President in August 2018.

Mary Kwok

Through Mary’s sister Siu Ling, a Diamond President in Avita, Mary embark on the Avita journey. A platform that allows her to build her regional business without the high overheads and having the time freedom to do what she want. Just like what Diamond President Pauline shared, it is not how much we earn but how we earn. Trading time for money is never a wise choice, building a network enterprise allow her to have the residual income and eventually a passive income. In end of 2018, Mary achieve the rank of Diamond President and with a network of more than 600 members. Mary’s journey continues for a Better Life, empowering every individual to achieving great health, happiness and wealth.

Chong Pheng

Diamond President

Chong Pheng was a SAFscholar and served as an army officer for 23 years. But he always wanted to start his own business, so he opted for early retirement at 42 years old. After retiring from the army, there were many job offers, but he rejected them all. He figured that he had at least 30 years or more to build his business. As a self-taught businessman, he started many different businesses, but health and network business were never in consideration. From 2011 to 2014, after some personal losses in business, family and friends, he reached a cross-road whether to go back to corporate life or start over again. That’s when he met his long time friend, Alvin Yong, who introduced him to avita network business, and with proper guidance, mentorship and teamwork, he was able to build his network and achieved the rank of Diamond President in 2019.

Gina Ilarde

A Filipino now residing in Singapore, Gina was formerly an HR Director in a MNC. She left the corporate world to venture into the world of entrepreneurship inorder to have financial and most importantly time freedom to spend with her two young boys. After her experience setting up her own traditional businesses, she realized that a business with a successfully proven system and solid training & mentoring is important for a sustainable income. Today she now leads a diverse and fast growing team of network entrepreneurs such as doctors, employees, housewives in Singapore and Philippines.

Dr. Diona Mabus

With almost 20 years of Medical experience, CDP Dr. Diona Jacoba-Mabus is one of the pioneering Doctors of Oral Cell Therapy in the Philippines who practices Integrative Medicine, Integrative & Cosmetic Dermatology, Integrative Oncology and an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist.

On top of that, CDP Dr. Diona is also an International speaker who has helped thousands of people all over the Philippines and beyond to achieve better health and wealth through avita.

Tan Hui Kiong

Hui Kiong leaving her hometown Muar at the age of 18 for golden opportunities, she came to Singapore to work and establishing her career. She is the one who always foresee trends and opportunities, she moved from technical to shipping industry as Singapore heads towards establishing as an essential port in the region.

In 2013, Hui Kiong was on a lookout for next upcoming trend and thankful to have been introduced by her cousin in law who shared about wellness opportunity thru avita. She grasped the opportunity and began learning while building it. Being a firm believer of life-long learning, Hui Kiong constantly seeks to pick up new skill and broaden her perspective in life. With this fortitude Hui Kiong established her network in the region and now focusing on growing her team stronger with capabilities.

Tinette Lucero

DP Tinette Lucero, is the driving force behind one of Asia’s largest distributors of the Premium Swiss Oral Cell Therapy Supplement, Celergen. Under her tutelage, she was able to expand its market to more than 500 downlines in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, and Indonesia, raking in sales of 12,000 boxes in less than four years. Once used mainly in conjunction with her husband’s regenerative medical procedures, the Celergen Lifestyle has become widely accepted by the now enlightened public thanks to the couple’s advocacy of helping others stay younger longer and achieve optimal health and well-being. And like a true poster girl for the supplement she markets, this lady shows no signs of slowing down despite her unforgiving schedule as dictated by the demands of other pivotal positions she holds in numerous business ventures.

Wendy Kwong

Wendy started her working life as a cabin crew of Singapore Airlines where she learned the value of good service. After marriage, she and her husband started their business in construction and later in the oil & gas industry. In 2015, she saw avita as a good opportunity to embark on a new venture, promoting natural therapy and preventive healthcare. From a traditional business owner to leading a diverse team of avita network entrepreneurs across Asia avita has given Wendy more than she could imagine as a business woman.

Starting out as a Licensed Architect and business owner, Diamond President Chini joined the avita   family with the hopes of helping her mother’s health. Over time, avita’s “culture of sharing” impressed DP Chini, and inspired her on her journey to becoming a Diamond President. DP Chini strives to give Hope to all, be it hope in health and hope in wealth. She is not only a Diamond President, but also an influencer, a leader, one who reacts out to encourage those around her to explore, do better in life and reach for their Dreams.
