As we enter 2026, we are pleased to continue the tradition of honoring our exceptional leaders with the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll, a program dedicated to celebrating those who inspire and elevate the avita family.

Qualification Criteria:

1. Existing Leaders: Platinum Directors and above must achieve 30,000 PD Group PV within a single month to qualify.
2. Newly Promoted PDs: Individuals promoted to Platinum Director will automatically qualify for the Honor Roll.

Elite Award:

• Top Elite Award (Annual) – The leader who appears on the Honor Roll the most times in a year (minimum 8 times) will receive 15,000 iPoints.
• Elite Leader Award (Annual) – Leaders who appear on the Honor Roll 8 times or more (excluding the Top Elite Award recipient) will receive 8,000 iPoints.

Important Update:

All qualified Elite Leaders invited to the ELITE Dinner are now compulsory required to attend the annually Elite Eagles Training. This policy ensures that our leaders fully engage in the developmental opportunities avita offers, fostering growth and unity within our community.
