This year, avita is proud to introduce the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll 2023, an exclusive program that recognizes and honors our outstanding Leaders in the avita family.
To qualify for the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll:
1. Existing leaders (Platinum Director & above) must accomplish 30,000 PD Group PV within a single month.
2. NEWLY promoted PD from January to December 2023 will automatically qualify for the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll.
How to qualify for the Top Elite Award?
For all leaders who be placed on the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll for more than 8 times (inclusive) within the year (January to December 2023), they will receive a special bonus of 8,000 iPoint.
The leader with the highest performance and placed the most times on the avita 100 Elite Leaders Honor Roll will receive the Top Elite Award (prize: 15,000 iPoints).

avita 精英100领袖荣誉榜入榜资格：
1. 所有avita的领袖们 (白金董事以上聘位者)，只须于一个月内完成30,000 白金董事小组PV，即可登上avita 精英100领袖荣誉榜。
2. 只要于2023年1月至2023年12月内成功晋升新科白金董事，皆享有登上avita 精英100领袖荣誉榜的资格。
如何登上「最佳精英」？
只要于2023年1月至2023年12月底内，登上8次（含）以上的 avita 100 精英领导者荣誉榜，即可获得8,000 iPoint的特別奖金。
而业绩最高及登上最多次avita 100 精英领导者荣誉榜者，将获得「最佳精英」奖及高达15,000 iPoint的奖金。
